Price and usage information:
- The Allegra Pass is for personal use and is not transferable.
- It can be purchased by people aged 16 and over.
- The Allegra Pass cannot be used as a group ticket, used by other people or passed on.
- If you would like to “invite” another person to use your pass, you can do so by asking for the standard price to be debited from your balance at the desk.
- The Allegra Pass is issued against a one-off deposit of CHF 20.– which will be refunded when the chip wristband is returned.
- The account balance is valid for an unlimited period
- If you lose the Allegra Pass (i.e. the chip wristband), your account can be locked and your credit loaded onto your new chip wristband. You will need to pay another deposit.
- Your account balance cannot be refunded.
